‘Vote for JM in 2024’ – Slim Buster declares as he composes campaign song for Mahama
Slim Buster, a Ghanaian artist, has proclaimed his support for former President and National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer John Dramani Mahama ahead of the 2024 general elections.
Slim Buster tweeted a snippet from the song in which he urged Ghanaians to vote for John Mahama in the elections in order to help restore the country’s diminishing wealth.
He went on to encourage Ghanaians to show the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) the exit door for failing to alleviate the people’s condition and instead inflicting additional misery.
Slim Buster was observed in a studio playing part of a song for John Mahama begging for greater support in a video uploaded by Okay FM on their Instagram page.
While singing and jamming to the song, he could be heard saying, “2024 vote for JM, taking over, Mahama is taking over. 2024 let us show NPP the exit door.”
As the general election in 2024 approaches, several celebrities and singers have begun to express their support for the candidates they would want to unite behind and vouch for.
In the 2024 elections, the NDC’s flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, will face off against the NPP’s flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, and other candidates from other political parties.
